The Forgotten

The Forgotten is a community which contains various hobos and homeless people who can be found all around Woodland County but commonly located in the sewers underground in Lightning. The community was founded by the Hubcap Willy with his goal of keeping a close knit and sharing knowledge to survive life on the streets, both legal and illegal. Mostly known for their information about surroundings for a few dollars they'll provide you information and be the eyes and ears, regardless of the party. Drug trafficking isn't out of the question, providing a valuable source of income for them going mainly undetected.

Hubcap Willy - Leader

Hubcap Willy can spit shine anything, known by no other name and in fact forgotten his own name, he use to be a mechanic for one of the world's most famous racers. After tough times and running into financial issues, Hubcap Willy now roams Woodland County looking to spit shine anything for a few dollars, claiming to be the best spit shiner in all of Woodland.

OOC Rules and Requirements

If you are interested in joining this faction, there are a few requirements you must follow:

1. You must be a hobo/homeless ICly. Owning fancy cars and expensive luxuries, you wouldn't realisticly have as a homeless person can make you subject to IC Punishment (see CK clause).
2. You must be found by another person already in this faction.
3. Clear admin history within the last month, rule breakers are not welcome.
4. If you are punished during your stay within the faction, you are out, regardless of rank.
5. You should understand that character development takes a huge chunk of this faction, therefore, just because you make a grand within a day, you don't stop being homeless.
6. Do not accept high quanities when it comes to donations, inform the other party that you won't take it OOCly so we can promote realism.
7. Sexual roleplay is strictly forbidden in this faction.

Character Kill Clause

Upon joining this faction, you will be under the CK Clause, menaing that if you break any of the rules above or do something such as betraying the faction, snitching or even pretending to be a homeless or anything that the leaders consider suspecious/disgusting will give the leaders instant right to CK your character.

Breaking the character development is strictly forbidden and will not be tolerated by any chance, we all know we can get rich within a day, but it's up to you to keep it under contorl.
