Unified Law Enforcement
Officer Feedback

The citizens and visitors of San Andreas have an expectation that the conduct of those who have the responsibility of enforcing the laws of the state are held to the highest standards. It is the Office of Internal Affairs' mission to assure that the law enforcement uphold the expected conduct standards. This will ensure the preservation of the trust of the citizens we serve.

Complaints will be addressed either by a Lieutenant in the area where the incident occurred, or through an investigation conducted by the Office of Internal Affairs. The Government is responsible for the assignment of cases to the Office of Internal Affairs.

What permits a complaint?

Complaints can be filed against a member of the Law Enforcement for any of the following reasons:

  • Unlawful use of force.
  • Voiding your Miranda rights.
  • Failing to undergo needed investigation.
  • Corruption.
  • Failing to abide by the penal code.
  • Unprofessional attitudes to work.

Alternatively, submit a Player Report for the following reasons:

  • (( Breach of OOC corruption protocols ))
  • (( Robocop behavior ))

How do I know when my complaint has been dealt with?

The Office of Internal Affairs will always ensure to keep you updated on the complaint that you have submitted but some information during the investigation may not be released. Typical updates such as the status of your complaint will be something that you can expect to receive. When a conclusion has been made by one of the senior employees of the Office of Internal Affairs, you will be informed of the outcome of your complaint. The investigation stage of the process may however, take some time so please do be patient!
