In the matter of the Petition of The People, on 12th of July, 2021 against Xavier Banks ( @DrunkGoatGuy ).

Subpart 2. Body (Statement of Charges)

On June 18th, 2021 Mr. Xavier Banks was involved in numerous felonies including 2nd Degree Murder killing a local female outside his Vanilla Unicorn establishment before felony evading. From there, an arrest warrant was issued, and numerous other felonies occurred including theft of an Ambulance, and felony evasion. A third incident occurred, including conspiracy to robbery, Attempted Murder of a Peace Officer and Accessory to Attempted Murder of two Peace Officers by a sniper. Included is a statement from a close witness stating crimes of Criminal Sale of a Weapon and Racketeering.

The People demand of the subject Xavier Banks be remanded at Bolingbroke Penitentiary for 257 months, pay $24,475 to the State of San Andreas and have his business Vanilla Unicorn recorded under RICO.

Notice is hereby given that The People, in the above-named case, has filed a criminal complaint pleading against you. The complaint was filed with the Criminal Court of San Andreas on July 12, 2021.

You are officially being charged with the following:

• 1 x Felony Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm
• 1 x Reckless Evading
• 1 x Theft of a Government Issued Vehicle
• 1 x Felony Evasion
• 2 x Conspiracy
• 1 x Attempted Murder of a Peace Officer
• 2 x Accessory to Attempted Murder of a Peace Officer
• 1 x Criminal Sale of a Weapon (Class 2 or Class 3)
• 1 x Racketeering

Within 72 hours, you must provide an answer, or response, to the claim(s) enclosed with this notice. You must file your answer, in addition to any motions (if any), within that same time frame. If you fail to do so within the time frame, a default judgment will be entered against you. There will be one more attempt to contact you before the default judgment is entered.

Your response must contain your pleading in the matter, which could be one of the following:

Guilty

You plead guilty to some or all the crimes listed.

Not Guilty

You plead not guilty to some or all of the crimes listed, a will ensue.

No Contest

You do not formally plead guilty but you acknowledge the prosecution will likely prevail and choose not to contest the prosecution.

In addition, you may strike a plea deal with the prosecution, in which you can, for example, plead guilty for a lesser punishment.
